KTF4-3000 Sunflower Seeds Shelling machine is our patented product with the exclusive proprietary rights and having 80 percent of market share in China. Highest perfect kernel rate and maximum yield capacity of sunflower seeds is ensured by systematic shelling procedures, non-broken transportation, and efficient separating sieves assembly. The production begins with raw materials being fed in the impact dehullers centre by elevator, the seeds are then accelerated outward and collides with the static wall where the hull is cracked. The mixture consisting of kernels, husks and unshelled product is discharged to suspended separator for specific separating the loses hulls, partially dehulled seeds, some unshelled seeds and dehulled kernels. At this stage, an aspirator of cyclone removes hulls and dust by means of aspiration, followed by total separation of hulled kernels and unhulled seeds with four units of inclined vibrating screens one after another. The unshelled seeds will be returned to dehullers for re-hulling again with an internal re-hulling system. After passing through all of the stages, the finished product is ready and is deposited in the hopper. This product adopts wind-driven elevator to transport amount of raw materials. Return processing system of non-broken hoist greatly reduces damages. Furthermore, the overall system of equipment is intelligentized with PLC electronically control system which is more efficient and convenient for regulation.
